At Demented Sisters, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return process.

This policy outlines when and how you can request a return or refund, and what to expect along the way.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Unsatisfactory purchases (change of mind), provided the item is unused and in resellable condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Demented Sisters is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 1-2 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are issued for the returned product(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped. In that case, you can still return the item once received, following the process above.

To initiate a return, please contact us at  info@dementedsisters.com. with your order number, a brief reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
